Just checked the SFO website:

Due to security regulations, Airport lockers will be out of service until further notice. Locker storage is exclusively available at the Airport Travel Agency, located on the Departures/Ticketing Level of the International Terminal Main Hall.
So that means no self-storage lockers, but I can "check" it in at the Agency? (Sorry for needing help with clarification. I don't get out much.)
