Have to admit I always work to the 10% rule so 83 seems to be pushing it...I'm not one of those who preach always driving at 70 but having been banned for 6m myself after going over 12 points, I now am more careful whenever there are cameras around. Sure I still go over the limit but anywhere near cameras I get a bit paranoid would certainly never entertain doing 83...
