I wonder if that was the same checker I had at DFW?

I also had one checker (can't remember which airport) say that it wasn't a valid ID because it says on the card that INSPASS is not valid as a passport. I just pointed out that a drivers license is also not valid as a passport, but that qualifies as a proper ID. That seem to mollify her.
