333 for me - always choose it if I can do so. Not only for probability of upgrades (42J seats), but as stated above - when you choose a 333, you'll always get 42Js. You'll want that probability on the long hauls ... and going overnight to LHR from YYC (or anywhere west coast; up to 9hrs of potential sleep), you can't beat that.

On those west-east flights, IFE isn't a biggie decider.
