Many airports have a separate security line/path for flight and airport employees. Even though they inevitably make us wait longer (because an entire lane of security is unused most of the time) the frustration does not come up because crew members are not cutting in line.
Also, having crew member waiting in line for 15 minutes (or longer...) is extremely expensive for the airline. And with airlines being the customers of airports, the airport has to make a decision about who they should satisfy. It seems they have chosen if favor of the airlines...
