It would be great if you do get the phone call. I can imagine it now: the person in charge of UGS looks at the base fare and nothing else, assumes that you gave UA $80,000 in revenue and makes the call; "Mr. Andrewp, this is Mary from United. I am calling to thank you for your continued business. As such, United Airlines is going to make you United Global Services elite. You can expect the package in about a week." Ahhhh, the hope.

I wouldn't request pillows and milk, I would demand them. Tell the FA, "I paid $80,000 this year to travel on United, is it too much to ask for a glass of milk?" ^ ^
