I am trying to figure out which fare classes fit the bill for "unrestricted" and "fully refundable". So far, I've gathered that Y, B, K are "refundable". Does anyone know the full list of these types of codes?

I have had B fares that are partially refundable, one was 10% deducted if refunded, but 90% paid but no fees if changed or used towards other travel, and I have had B's which just say that normal refund procedures apply.
A lot of YUP fares have restrictions up the hoop, worse than B fares and more money at times as well.
The only certain ones so far are F/J/Y with no numbers after the J (like J26 are restricted), but letters are OK, so far (all my Central America flights are JCC, or YCC and all are fully refundable).
