The Las Vegas Hilton has Run of House rooms for $89 for those dates via hilton.com. Expedia offers it for $69 with a $25 bonus chip. (HHonors members, don't get too excited. The Las Vegas Hilton is one of five Hiltons that don't participate in the Best Rate Guarantee. Nonetheless, it might be worth calling to see if they'll match Expedia's price even if they won't give the BRG's gift cheque. The Flamingo averages $98.
