Segments aren't a problem. Partner awards permit one stopover (coming *or* going) at the NA gateway *and* one stopover (coming *or* going) at the European gateway, so your return PRG-ZRH-YUL(stopover)-DCA is not a problem. You could also do a PRG-LHR-YUL(stopover)-DCA.
