You must select and activate the AMEX shopping/dining sites first at:
http://home3.americanexpress.com/spe...zone=de_dining

Typically, get 20% credited back on your statement. I've notice one restaurant locally that appears in both the Iding and Amex programs, but I haven't been there yet.
