Have EQMs accomplished their goal?
I think the answer is yes. More bookings at co.com, status indirectly tied to revenue paid, carrot & stick for tailoring customer behavior to low cost avenues (e.g. co.com's 100% EQM bonus).
Is it perfect? No. Is it an improvement? Not sure, I'd say it depends upon the perspective. Has it helped CO fiscal? I'd guess so.
