Unfortunatelly yes. When it was landing, it caused our flight to have to circle for about 15 mins since the airport closed.

Then, when my connection was departing (already 2 hours late due to weather), AF1 decided to depart as well, causing another 10-15 mins of ground hold.

Out of curiousity, anyone know why AirForce 1 doesn't use military bases to land, like they do in DC?
