Howdy!

CO Silver at about 27k this year. All my routes were IAH-SLC with one trip being IAH-LAS with 1 more Turkey Day trip to go this year.

I'm 19-22 for 86.3%

Both of my LAS segments were upgraded, go figure, and my 3 segments to SLC that did not were 2 segments in Jan/Feb earlier this year and 1 just a couple of weeks ago on a Friday evening flight BACK to IAH (where did all those elites show up from?)

I'm use to traveling to SLC on Friday afternoon and returning on Sunday afternoon or Monday morning, sometimes a Tuesday morning if a holiday or I take a day off.

I hope many others will break down thier silver vs gold vs plat upgrades so I can assess if it is worth a MR plus extra travel to make the next level. I will have a paid Z class to Europe next year which should give me around 18k status and place gold w/in easier reach earlier on.
