Bizarre Service
What is the policy on First Class snacks (i.e., food beyond pretzels)? I flew from EWR to TPA yesterday with a 45 minute tarmac wait (after a 1 hour “maintenance wait”) and subsequent 2 hour and 45 minute flight. The FAs capriciously decided to “discontinue” beverage service 1 hour and 20 minutes (less than half way through the flight) into the flight for no reason. There was no turbulence; they just felt they needed a break or something. Anyone else have this type of experience?
