Look at the Naples on that
Well I would take the Naples as a quick J to the USA starting location. Off in the evening for an out and back, counts as leaving the country for tax purposes and lands just after midnight to count as another day out. Hell, at that price I could just about take a flight every other day (for tax purposes only, of course...)
