I need to cancel a ticket that I'm not going to fly; departure scheduled for tomorrow.
From what I gather from this thread, I'll have a chunk of UA credit sitting there, equal to the ticket price. When I go to buy my next ticket, I can use this, minus $100 fee. Correct so far?

So if I'm logged in to my account, I'll see this amount there? Is there any way to use this credit from United.com, or will I need to call res to use it?
