Lack of flaps merely means you carry higher speeds on approach through touchdown. In gusty winds, it is safer to carry higher speeds during approach. IMO, this is no big deal if you have enough runway to get stopped once you touch down at a higher speed. Logan should have plenty of runway to do this safely.
It also means that a go-around is virtually impossible -- Final Approach is just that -- one shot.
