I registered for my family last week and it said i was registered on the info pass line but nothing showed up on the accounts.
So today i called the one pass # 713 952-1630 and the nice customer service agent went thru each of my accounts for my family and manually took care of it !
now all of the accounts show up as silver !
so the moral of the story is call the one pass service center asap !!
