I'm off to LIN tomorrow in J, so I'll see how different my experience is from the other week I did take Shuttle-Bored's advice from earlier on and wrote regarding my dissapointment in the service for fare charge. Even as a lowly Blue in Y (well it was a full Y), they apologised and gave me 2,000 BA Miles. Which in someways is a lot more than I expected, so I'm OK with it.
