I know this is a bit wacky and SQ won't be hiring me as an ideas man. But I'd like to see a bank of monitors in the lounge showing some of the departure gates. Just so you could have a quick look and see what stage boarding is at, length of queues etc. I hate getting to the gate early but always seem to panic and end up getting to the gate early anyway.
