I don't think anybody here has managed to get a respone to anything they sent via the web form. I've recently had a response to a fax, but it took a couple of months. I haven't tried phoning them, but there are reports here from other people who managed to get through by phone.

My guess is that they are still suffering teething problems from the merger... but after four months they should have got themselves sorted out a bit more than they have.
