What is the pronunciation of the Grand Hyatt in Japanese -- ga-ra-na-du hai-ya-tu, maybe? When I get in a cab at Tokyo station (without having yet checked in and gotten cards from the hotel), it'd be nice if the driver knew where I wanted him to take me. arigato gozaimasu et cetera.
You would probably be ok just to say Grand Hyatt
ho-te-ru . If you want to try to Japanify the name, try
gu-ran-do hy-ah-to ho-teh-ru and give the community it is in - ie Roppongi. To be really complete, you could add
- ma-deh eet-teh koo-dah-sye.
