Let me give you my experience...

Once you get your bags, it's a long trek (unless you're staying at the Meridian or leave the bags somewhere) to the the Meridian hotel, then you need to get to the 7th floor.

The exec club lounge, is basically a suite, with TV, basic facilities (tea, coffee, cereal etc) and one member of staff when we were there, although very helpful and friendly.

They have 3 showers, and we were told a wait of up to 45 mins

No safe storage for bags, they were simply left outside the room, although someone was there to "keep an eye on them" ! You are given vouchers for breakfasts in the hotel.

All in all, if you're travelling in J I wouldn't bother, unless you have to go straight to work or somewhere else where you can't get a shower...I certainly won't be making that trek again !!

We are of the same opinion......the arrivals "lounge" at LGW is utter rubbish
