Watch out for the consecutive days requirement on credit card LDWs. Most credit cards say that if you intend to keep the vehicle over x days, that insurance coverage doesn't apply....there must be at least one day when you actually don't have a car (i.e. a physical break and not two back-to-back rental agreements).
