As far as the review process... the way I understand it they are bringing in FAs, CSAs as well as mgmt types to review everything within the boarding area and on the aircraft. I understand that outside of elite boarding, nothing is sacred.

I have been receiving numerous PMs (thanks folks.. keep em coming)... and I will take notes of suggestions I receive and will try to add them to my comments at the review.
