I have a flight from SEA-BJX in early January.... a two minute schedule change threw out our seat assignments... I was able to reclaim the seats from Houston to Leon...but the seating chart from Seattle to Houston has disappeared...I called web support and got a CSR at the Elite desk.... she too could not find the seating chart which thought was unusual since she said there is always one place she can find it and it wasn't even there....she wondered if perhaps there is another schedule change in the works or an equiptment change... but couldn't really explain why she couldn't pull it up... any thoughts?
