That's not being fair. To any CO employee around since before 1992, he is the guy who saved their job by saving their company.

I may disagree with what they're doing, and I certainly disagree with Bethune's inability to discern fact from fiction at times, but I don't begrudge his rock-star status with the employees. Frankly, if I were an employee of CO, I'd be starry-eyed too.

Just keep in mind that employee opinions are lagging, not leading, indicators of the direction of the company.
