I'm at 62k, I do not have anything further booked (I only book about two weeks in advance). If going by my history this year, the projection would say I will not make it to 100k (close). I've never been SE before, always close though.

I would think something of this nature would not be targeted, good way to alienate those E's who aren't gonna make it to 100k and are just shy of threshold. It's not like a simple bonus points promo, we're talking about quite a bit more here.
