I can see why too, but if a PM is still shopping for other airlines/programs, perhaps DL has a problem that needs resolving. If PM were spectacular (glue), a PM would be more tied to DL and would not "shop" other airlines, all other things being equal. The situation where a PM is shopping is generally a signal that DL has failed to provide something in the eyes of such a PM.
