If I book (and hold) a S, T, L, etc. fare on continental.com, but pay for the ticket at a CTO will I still get full EQM next year? I typically pay for business travel on a credit card, but like to write a check for personal vacation travel. Any thoughts on how this might be handled? People at the CTO were unsure.
