Yes, it was to do with flight/cabin crew sharing the bus, but it was a touch more complicated than merely 'refusing to be on the same bus as cabin crew'

(FWIW, I have never seen onduty crew on a pax bus. Ever.)

We'd probably lose our airside pass if we did!
