I have had a few bad experiences with U.S. custom/immigrations in the past decades during border crossing/airport entries (even though I have never committed any crimes , so obviously I have no respect to those bullies, even though I also encountered a few nice (i.e. true civil servants) agents at the border.

It is a good example of a few bad applies sour the whole basket.
