For the most part, and excluding EXPs, two kinds of people fly in the F cabin: people who pay the F (or equivalent) fare and people who use stickers or miles to upgrade. I would argue that the former group -- the people who pay the F fare or the equivalent in YUP or miles -- deserve a proper F experience. As for upgraders: The cost of stickers was halved a couple of years ago. If it were increased (not necessarily doubled) AA might be able to pay for a better F product. I have previously suggested a graduated cost for stickers, as for AC memberships: PLTs would pay less than GLDs. (I won't open the hornet's nest of charging, even very modestly, for EXP upgrades!)
