I've got an upcoming one night stay in MPLS soon, and have no particular geographic preference. The two hotels preferred here are coming up at about the same price: Graves 601 at $249.00 and the Grand at $239. (By way of comparison, the Hyatt Regency is at $105 which, although it's a corp rate, is deeply suspicious!).

So if you gurus can make my choice for me, I'd much appreciate it!
