I did bring it to their attention. I was told that if I call down to the front desk and request the WFB package, then the charges for the calls would not show up on my bill. But, if I just logged on through the internet, then the phone charges would appear, but they would remove them. I asked if they sold an internet package without the phone, and they said no -- so, I am not really sure how they can't run a very simple script that would provide no domestic phone charges on any bill that also has an internet purchase.
Frankly, it seems kind of slimy. They did not indicate that there was a problem - only that this is the way it is.
