Sounds similar to Delta's rolling cancellation plan (where flights are canceled due to low loads on a flight-by-flight basis rather than simply removing a flight from the system). I wonder if they've decided this far out which flights to cancel at the end of October or if they have a 2-3 day advance window like DL.
