Some rural locations (as noted in other threads in this forum) give ZERO miles and charge a hefty premium for each mile too. Each station and country is different. I carry the terms with me. Once the website was wrong and gave me unlimited miles at a rural location and noted it on the booking! I had to argue once I got there but eventually they relented and gave it to me since I had the paperwork.
