just flew CO first class

I just flew Continental for the first time in first class. It is much better than Delta's first class domestic in my opinion.

I had a fruit bowl and omelet for breakfast. I know seat preference can be different for everyone, but I would much rather sit in a Continental seat that Delta. I hate the headrest in Delta First Class. I have given Delta about 70% of my travel for the last 10 years and know that I have flown First Class in Continental I am considering switching.

On a different note I do have a question about Skymiles if anyone cares to respond...

I am Continental Gold thanks to my Centurion card. Normally on Northwest I just give them my Delta Skymiles number so I can get points since I have no status on Northwest. However since I am gold on Continental I figured using my Continental FF number was my best chance at getting upgraded. I have to fly back to the east coast next week. After my flight can I get them to apply the miles to my Delta Skymiles number. I have had no problem with doing this on Northwest, but I don't get upgraded over there.

I've done some research, but couldn't find anything definitive. Any info would be appreciated.
