Green Park and Hyde Park Corner are about the same distance away walking. I would recommend Green Park purely for the fact that it has 3 tube lines (Jubilee, Victoria and Piccadilly) whilst Hype Park Corner has only the Piccadilly. FYI, Piccadilly is the line that goes to LHR.
