I've Used Turkish airways on intraEurope economy awards.....its ok, big negative is that you have to get tickets issued - no electronic ticketing option. You have to occasionally remind the phone reps that yes they can check Turkish airways for an award ticket.

Other than that it got me from point a to point b.
