I have flown with AA for years. I have 13 family members, 6 in management, that work for WN. I never realized how "strange" airline employee conduct had become until I spent 2 months underwriting JetBlue's equipment inventory leases. The interaction between two FA's on an AA flight and two FA's just getting on a JetBlue flight is like the difference between night and day.

It is time that someone remotivate and reenergize the AA employees. AA is the most "nimble" legacy and can do well, the people and management just have to suck it up and true the company's course.

Go forth, chosen one, and preach the word to your coworkers.....and bring back cloth towels.
