I must assume that I am not the only person getting this...

A week ago, I redeemed an RR so my wife's best friend could fly here next month for a weekend visit. I got the standard email itin. confirmation, followed up a few minutes later by the new "Thanks... you redeemed RR #9999 expiring 2005/99/99" confirmation email.

Then, this morning, I got another pair of the same 2, dated this morning, for that rez. Then an hour ago, I got another pair of emails, dated an hour ago, for that same rez.

WN... are you making software changes... and did you know that something has gone cattywompy???
