Oddly enough, fly4work, it seemed to happen (for me) at LAX more than any other station. Then again, I lived in HNL at the time, so transited LAX often.
When I checked in in HNL for my return on Friday, the agent asked if I was using a certificate. I gave her the certificate I was going to use on my LAX-HNL flight.
