This is a continuation of a thread we had going on the old MSY forum. Anyway, I finally got to pick up my car on Friday and I was charged $490! The drone manning the booth said that's way it goes -- despite that the website says cars will not be charged after August 28.

Anyway, I'm sure it'll be easy enough to resolve once I find the right person.
