There is no way other than having Marco Polo Club/Asiamiles number in the PNR and view it through Cathay web site. The 5 letter code is for Cathay's own system, CUPID, I believe. You might be able to view it via the GDS your travel agent uses but you would need the 6 letter PNR code for that GDS.
