I'm trying to decide whether or not the OP is serious?? First time you've noticed this? I bet a good quarter to third of the time I fly UA now, at least one of the cockpit crew is female; earlier this year I had a flight with both female pilot and co-pilot. It's to the point where I don't notice it any more.
