We have MANY MANY women flying planes at UA......MANY are Captains. Perhaps in the past, the womens voices you heard were being confused with the flight attendants.

We have some fantastic women pilots at UA. I prefer flying with women. They have no attitude and are 98% of the time in a great mood. UA did well with being so pro-active in hiring women. WHOOPS.....did I say pro-active?!?! I think it took a lawsuit to get the ball rolling.

I have had some pretty nasty s**t happen in the cabin......it is always the female pilots who back you up.
