I was recently on a breakfast flight to IAH on a Saturday and then again (same flight, same route, same time) on a weekday. The thing I noticed was the Saturday meal (omlette) was server on a small little square plate with a small clear fruit plate. The weekday meal (omlette) was served on the larger round plate with the larger clear fruit plate. Although the the food was the same, there seemed to be somewhat less on Saturday than on the weekday.

Has anyone else experienced this?
