I agree with all that's been said. Frankly, if I were rich, I'd be inclined to launch a public humiliation style campaign to strike "one time exception" from the UA vernacular. Do they think we're lab rats or something? IMO it's physically impossible to transport x million people per year from ORD to TBT (Timbuktu Regional) and not have multiple occurences of the same snaffus. We pay their salaries (or, at least help cover the shortfall that the feds aren't willing to pick up); they should treat us like more like jr. hs students than preschoolers.

And, yeah, let them keep those 500-milers.
