I agree 100% - and still the lack of open-jaw is a joke. BA should only be charging an off-line fee FOR THINGS YOU CANNOT DO ON-LINE.
To my surprise the other day I actually used BA'a crazy open-jaw-but-in-reverse facility

. Wonder if I'm unique - I wanted to do LGW-MUC-MAN and I could do all this on-line.
Doesn't compensate for all the times I've been forced to use the call centre and pay the fee when I have wanted to return to the same UK airport but from a different overseas one (the much more common scenario for most business travellers)
